I am a passionate video game programmer with a lifelong interest in the field, which began in my childhood by modifying Pokémon ROMs. My formal journey started with intermediate and advanced vocational diplomas in computer science, but it was during this time that I discovered I could turn my love for video game programming into a career. I pursued my studies at ESAT Valencia (Spain) and later completed my degree at Teesside University (UK).
My expertise lies in Unreal Engine 5 and C++, though over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various areas as a gameplay engineer. Currently, I have specialized in Animation Engineering, where I focus on developing and optimizing animation systems.
I pride myself on being highly efficient and capable of completing tasks quickly without compromising quality, while always being willing to tackle problems and assist others. I place a strong emphasis on thorough documentation, as effective communication is essential, especially in remote work environments. I enjoy working cross-functionally, and in my current role, I collaborate closely with the animation and technical art teams.
In my personal life, I’m an avid gamer. I also enjoy printing/painting miniatures and taking on DIY projects.
